Absolutely unprepared and un-cared for. Room was not clean until I complained. Screen sliding door was completely off the track until I complained. Deck has not seen a coat of paint or stain in years. No amenities one might expect from a lakeside motel like picnic table or groomed beach. Generally very disappointing.

The room looked to be newly renovated on first glance - and while the bathroom looked like it had a newer flooring and a tub surround - the trim was very roughly done - so much so there was a hole in the wall where the trim was behind the toilet. The shower head was definitely older and the faucet was very had to work as it wobbled as you turned it on and almost felt like the handle would fall off as you tried to get the temperature correct. The option of the queen bed in addition to the king bed was nice, but be aware it was in a separate room with no windows. Water pressure was meh…
